JOB DESCRIPTION Chubb North America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst who will play a critical role in developing and delivering data-driven, user-focused business intelligence solutions, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design principles and a consultative approach. This role places equal emphasis on impeccable BI & visual insights development/ delivery (technical skills) and exceptional client, project, and stakeholder management skills. The Sr. Analyst must have excellent data analysis skill and is capable of rapidly transforming analytical insights into easy to consume visual presentation for varying stakeholders. They must also have a strong understanding of developing and working with business KPIs and data models. The candidate must demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and an ability to generate high quality products given competing priorities and present in front of user audiences. Reporting : Role will report to the VP, Business Intelligence & Visual Insights - North America. Responsibilities : Develop and implement data-driven visual analytics solutions to support multiple constituents, ranging from executives to underwriters. Lead end-to-end development and production of KPIs, wireframes, and delivery of final dashboards in consultation with key stakeholders. Design visual wireframes based on business outcomes and KPIs Analyze, develop, and maintain Data and Reporting Applications in collaboration with data engineers. Adopt and champion standards for high-quality, easily consumable, visualizations. Understand, develop, and adhere to data quality, data governance, and data security protocols. Query Azure cloud data warehouse using SQL and Data analysis tools Partner with cross-functional teams, including business unit leaders, finance, IT, and data management, to understand business requirements and develop data-driven insights to support decision making Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other visual analytics assets that provide real-time, actionable insights to business users Develop and facilitate training for users in dashboard usage and adoption, data wrangling and visualization techniques.
