We invite you to join our team and make a real difference in our patients' lives. Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our patient experience by providing clinical and administrative support. This position involves direct patient care, preparation of treatment rooms, and assistance with procedures, as well as administrative duties to ensure our office operates smoothly. If you're passionate about healthcare and want to help people enjoy life free from allergy and asthma symptoms, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Conduct patient interviews, take vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Administer injections and medications as directed by the physician. Perform routine laboratory tests and sample analysis. Schedule appointments, maintain medical records, and assist with patient inquiries. Provide patients with information on managing allergies and asthma, including the latest treatments and how to minimize exposure to allergens. Ensure treatment rooms are clean and stocked with necessary medical supplies. Contribute to a safe and secure environment for patients, team members, and visitors by adhering to established health and safety standards. Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred. Experience in an allergy and asthma clinic or related medical field is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.
