JOB DESCRIPTION Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. * Provide guidance and direction to field supervisors and workers. * Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and milestones. * Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed. * Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. * Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. * Oversee construction quality control processes. * Inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment to maintain high standards. * Address any deviations from specifications promptly. * Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor requirements. * Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines. * Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. * Provide regular project updates to management. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
