- Shuttle Supervisor Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 Job Type: Full-time Location: New Haven, CT Shift & Schedule: Evenings Must Have: CDL with Passenger endorsements Application Question(s): Do you have a Commercial Drivers License? Do you have passenger endorsements? What we're looking for: Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management.
