Practice Area: Personal Injury Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney for their Burbank, CA office.Job Overview:The Personal Injury Trial Attorney will represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, provide legal counsel and support, and advocate for clients in court proceedings.Duties:Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments.Draft legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and contracts.Make court appearances on behalf of clients.Provide case evaluation, legal support, and guidance.Develop case strategy and find plausible legal solutions.Attend hearings, depositions, and other court appearances.Attend focus groups and stay informed about current legislation.Build trustworthy relationships with clients and experts.Assist with finalizing legal documents promptly and accurately.Assist in negotiating settlements and attend mediations.May interview, train, mentor, and assist in managing legal staff.Meet personally with clients and handle a high caseload independently.Requirements:Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law/membership in State Bar.2+ years of related experience.Experience or expertise in personal injury law.Skills:Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.Adaptability and ability to work independently.Effective written and verbal communication skills.
