Job Summary: We are looking for a bright, goal-oriented Warehouse Supervisor who is operationally-savvy and energized by growing within the organization. The ideal candidate can develop and execute daily operational plans, manage employee performance, coach employees on safety, accuracy and work quality. 2nd Shift available (Saturday-Wednesday 3:15pm-11:15pm) Primary Responsibilities: Manage daily performance of associates in your department Follow all operating procedures and ensure associates are compliant Coordinate building staffing needs with peers Provide daily guidance to upper management regarding departmental goals Responsible for the overall safety of associates within the department Responsible for routine checks of all areas of your department Overseeing the department housekeeping and organization and ensuring the cleanliness of designated work area Own safety programs and train hourly associates on a continual basis Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slide) Special Projects as assigned by Management. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle or free objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; kneel, crouch or crawl; as well as speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, for long periods of time. The employee must lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly Forklift Certification required Available to work evenings and weekends as job requires Overtime will be available to work as approved by Management Desired Competencies: Raymond and Crown forklift experience preferred Prior Warehouse Management experience Overtime Availability Innovative Dependable Excellent Interpersonal skills Strong Multitasking Capabilities Analytical and Problem Solving Abilities Quality of Workmanship Excellent communication skills Exercise judgment within generally defined practices to resolve problems and make routine recommendations. The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $21.00/hr-$25.00/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
