Description ** This is an onsite Full-time opportunity in Fremont, CA **** $20-29/hour range **Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Student Co-Op to join our Manufacturing Systems department located at our Fremont, CA facility. As a Co-Op, you will be responsible for designing electronic batch records for cell culture, purification and fill finish operations using Korber PAS-X software. In this position, you are expected to deliver high quality master batch records to manufacture lifesaving products. Duties & Responsibilities Shadow manufacturing operators to learn about various manufacturing processes Design electronic batch records for cell culture, purification and fill finish operations using Korber PAS-X Support manufacturing operations by delivering consistent high quality electronic batch records Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide status updates on project deliverables Lead small projects and implements process improvements Requirements Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the co-op Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred Major or minor in related field of co-op Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university Graduate and Advanced Degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required) Must be 18 years of age or older Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities Organized and detail oriented Demonstrates ability to lead small cross-functional projects Able to work independently and can communicate clearly Must have basic programming knowledge Pharmaceuticals manufacturing process knowledge is a plus MES experience is a plus PDN-9bc6b24d-0f88-4766-8f92-1bb91d0b37cf
