We are looking to expand their team! We are looking for Floor Techs (F/T & P/T) to be a part of our work family. What to Expect: Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the floors in the common areas of the building: - Monitors common areas of building to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment. - Cleaning and supplying designated building areas. Coordinate daily cleaning services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. - Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas. - Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments. - Maintains all janitorial equipment. - Reports the need for any major repairs to management. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior custodian experience preferred.
