The ideal candidate should be a seasoned attorney with a strong academic background, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to handle various aspects of Labor and Employment law.Job Duties:Provide legal counsel to clients in Labor and Employment law, with a focus on areas such as employee recruiting and defection, trade secrets, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure agreements, and other employment contract matters.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide guidance on labor and employment issues to clients.Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, negotiations, and litigation.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to address complex legal issues.Requirements:5-8 years of experience practicing Labor and Employment law.Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.J.D. from an accredited law school.Exceptional academic achievements.Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Excellent research and writing skills.Experience with FINRA Dispute Resolution is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Pennsylvania Bar admission.Skills:In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment law.Strong research and writing skills.Litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet multiple deadlines.Attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics.This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a reputable law firm in Philadelphia and make a significant impact on clients' labor and employment legal matters.
