The Judge Group is Currently seeking an Engineering Manager for an Industrial Manufacturer with a location just near Canton, OH.Relocation Offered for the right candidateCompensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base plus20% Bonus Potential Must Have: Bachelors Degree in an Engineering disciplineMust Have: 15 Years of combined experience in hand on manufacturing or Project EngineeringMust Have: 5 Years of leadership of a team of more than 5 employeesMust Have: Lean Six Sigma CertificationMust Have: Ability use Cad SoftwareKey Responsibilities:Lead and empower cross-functional teams to achieve peak performance in a safe and productive work environment.Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing cost-saving solutions and innovative technologies.Liaise effectively across engineering, production, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.Provide technical expertise in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of production equipment.Develop and manage project plans that prioritize efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
