What You’ll Do Provide expert legal advice to injured individuals, protecting their rights and identifying potential cases Conduct client intakes, both in-office and off-site, to assess cases thoroughly Investigate accidents, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build strong cases Prepare cases for pre-litigation settlement and strategize to maximize case value Negotiate with adjusters and defense attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes Draft legal documents and represent clients in court proceedings, including motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials What You Bring Minimum 7 years' experience as a practicing personal injury attorney Trial experience is essential Juris Doctor Degree with admission to the New York State Bar; Federal Bar admission is advantageous Client-focused with strong customer service orientation Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Proficient in analysis and negotiation Willingness to travel within the New York Metropolitan Area and occasionally to upstate counties Commitment to client confidentiality and computer literacy For over 35 years, Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C.
