What You’ll Do Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, and contracts Perform administrative and management tasks related to the practice of law Provide exceptional legal counsel and support to our diverse clientele What You Bring Juris Doctor Degree and admission to the New York State Bar Minimum of 3 years' experience as a practicing attorney Detailed knowledge of Family (Matrimonial) Laws Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and research abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and personal attention to clients Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgement and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm matters For over 35 years, Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C.
