Job Title : CATIA Support EngineerWe are seeking an CATIA Support Engineer someone who will supports organizations to combat cyber threats proactively and reactively.Client (type/ industry) : IT solutions branch of a major Japanese companyWorking Location: Saline, MI (Hybrid)Employment Type : Contract (6 months with possible extension) Pay : Up to $52.5/hr Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can analyze, plan, and implement various technical projects for clients. The position will closely collaborate with the business and technical team to plan and implement project objectives. Essential Duties IS Administration Support:Daily monitoring, troubleshooting & administration of business applications including:• Technical leadership in support of IS engineering systems related to Computer Aided Design (CAD)• Strong understanding of integrating CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE applications including licensing into production environments.• Create and test deployment scripts and application patches.• Troubleshoot application issues. Work with end users and other supporting IS departments to define, reproduce and countermeasure issues.• Ability to create / maintain standardized processes.• Manage environment using company’s Change Management Process.• Support emergency application changes or business requests.• Create detailed / clear documentations & problem reports.• Provide off-hours support as needed, both onsite & remotely.• Daily time management and accurate time reporting.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Additional Informations: Engineering application support Like CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE and etc. Hands on experience with Linux/Unix Experience creating and modifying scripts or applications to perform tasks using Powershell, bash, batch etc. Strong knowledge of network like DHCP, DNS, F/W, NAT and so on. Hands on experience with Active Directory Domain Services Experience monitoring web server system components Must be a self-starter and be able to follow & enforce defined division processes. Must work well within a diverse integrated team environment. Excellent organization & time management skills in addition to a high level of problem solving and analysis. Ensure exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem resolution & follow-up for local and remote end users. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required. Experience with AWS is a plus, but not required. Strong written and spoken communication skills Proficient in Japanese is plus Ability to travel up to 35%. Powered by JazzHR
