Scott Manufacturing is looking for a general warehouse associate. A STATEMENT FROM SCOTT MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS HUMAN ASSETS DEPARTMENT Scott Manufacturing Solutions has partnered with E-Verify to verify work eligibility in the United States. E-Verify compares employee data from Form I-9 and Employment Eligibility Verification to records held by the DHS and SSA. WHAT IS E-VERIFY? E-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. E-Verify is administered by SSA and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Responsibilities:• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places• Locate and move stock of products on pallets or crates for storage or shipment• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies• Transport raw materials to production workstations• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities• Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.• Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment• 2+ years experience in shipping and receiving• 2+ years of experience operating a Forklift• Excellent verbal and communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Computer Savvy and experience working with Microsoft Office• Team player• ERP experience is a plus• Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
