You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly About Company: Our mission statement is simple: To provide legendary service to our guests by empowering our team to consistently deliver the spirit of hospitality in a safe and friendly work environment.
