You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Show a track record of real estate success• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $105,000 at plan commission About Company: Twin Oaks Real Estate is a family-owned and operated brokerage with two offices in the California Bay Area.
