We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator for Class A and B properties. Looking for a top-notch A- Team Player to join our team. Must be willing to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate our maintenance requests from our residents on a daily basis. Work closely with our owners, residents, outside vendors, and our in-house maintenance department. Must have strong customer service skills and be detail-oriented. Requirements: • Strong leadership and supervisory skills• Must have knowledge of general maintenance terminology• Class A & B conventional apartment management experience is a plus• Professional appearance and communication skills• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating people• Must have knowledge of property management software• Ensure that 901 Real Estate Services core values are being portrayed to create a positive customer experience for residents Responsibilities:• Inspect rental properties to make sure they are rent-ready• Perform emergency maintenance and repairs as needed• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs at the rental properties• Work closely with vendors on a daily basis• Monitor and replenish supplies and inventory in rental properties• Invoice owners for repairs• Work closely with the bookkeeper• Oversee our in-house technician and schedule his daily appts• Coordinate repairs with residents and vendors Qualifications:• Must have a top-notch customer service skill set• Maintenance terminology is a plus• Computer knowledge is a must• Familiar with Property Management Software Compensation: $46,000 - $48,000 About Company: 901 Real Estate Services is a full-service boutique-style real estate company.
