Join Team C&L Auto Body, a reputable family-owned MSO with a strong presence across 10 locations in NJ including East Hanover, Kenvil, Washington, and more. We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Quality Control team member to support our growth and enhance customer satisfaction post-accident. Responsibilities:• Assure that C&L QA procedures are being followed by all departments• Review damages on vehicles with customers upon drop off and also responsible for final quality inspections• Assure that all repairs to the vehicle match the final invoice and are finalized to the shop's standards• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair• Assist in other areas to help ensure a smooth process of repairs Qualifications:• Experience working in a Team Environment• Prior working knowledge of body repairs and parts• Prior experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing• Ability to effectively communicate• Able to manage time and be proactive Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly About Company: C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 10 body shops throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state. As one of NJ’s largest family-owned MSOs, we pride ourselves on delivering an unmatched level of customer service and craftsmanship for all your collision repair needs. We offer full benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, and an IRA with a company match. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
