Responsibilities: • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills• Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients• Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits• Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases• Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients Qualifications: • Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred• State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License• Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success• A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits• Sales experience required Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly About Company: At Farmers Insurance District 23, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy and create world-class customer experiences.
