The Fast Track program entails acquiring essential insurance and investment licenses, engaging in our thorough paid training program, familiarizing yourself with New York Life's financial products, and establishing a client base as an agent and registered representative. Typically, management/partner training and transition begin within a year. Our compensation and benefits are top-notch in the industry, offering abundant prospects for advancement within the organization. Individuals with backgrounds in banking, business, financial services, insurance, leadership, and management are invited to apply. Holding current ND or MN insurance and/or investment licenses is advantageous. A relevant degree (e.g., MBA) is mandatory.
