ACA Health Insurance Referral Agents - No License Required Are you a natural at connecting with people and have a flair for sales? Do you want to play a pivotal role in helping communities access affordable health insurance, even if you're not licensed yet? We have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Referral Agent for our ACA Health Insurance team, you'll be the frontline in identifying potential clients and guiding them toward making an informed choice about their health insurance options. While you won't be quoting plans directly, you'll be instrumental in the initial steps of the enrollment process, ensuring applications are ready for our licensed enrollment team to finalize. Responsibilities: --- Attend orientations (Monday-Saturday) at our North Miami Beach office at 10:30 am or 12 pm to start your journey --- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients in various settings, including homes, offices, and public venues --- Educate and inform individuals about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans and the benefits of enrollment --- Qualify potential clients through our CRM and, if not licensed, transfer them to our CRM call center for plan quoting and enrollment completion --- Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge and skills --- Maintain accurate records of interactions, preferences, and progress with potential clients on CRM Qualifications: --- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups --- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a passion for helping others --- Willingness to travel within the state of Florida --- Outside sales experience is preferred but not required --- Commitment to obtaining health insurance licensing (if not already licensed). Note: You can start working unlicensed but will be limited to qualifying clients until licensed --- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus About Company: At Elitecore Insurance, we aim to make health insurance easy and affordable for everyone.
