About the Role: We are looking for an SAP Strategy Leader to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with other Enterprise Transformation leaders, being responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Gore's SAP systems (S4 HANA, CFIN, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors). This includes identifying business needs, defining scope, and managing the delivery of SAP solutions to meet those needs. This role collaborates with teams ranging from functional experience aligned with business practices, to technical experts supporting digital transformation. This role will partner across the enterprise and with external strategic providers to align digital technologies to business objectives. This position takes leadership from the Enterprise Transformation Leader. This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with W. L. Gore's leaders to understand their needs and develop SAP strategies that align with organization's goals and deliver business value from the SAP solutions Work alongside the Enterprise Transformation leadership team to guide strategy and prioritize efforts across an array of functional and technical work efforts Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, department leads, and team members, to ensure alignment and transparency regarding technology initiatives and performance Build effective, collaborative, and productive partnerships with operating companies, sites, change managers, Program Management Office, value stream leads, process owners, external partners, and within the Enterprise Transformation Office to drive coordinated efforts Align with external partners for digital technology support and sustainment; maintain relationships with software and service providers as appropriate for strategic escalation and alignment of product/service development to business value drivers Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization's SAP strategy remains competitive; s tay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology, particularly within the Manufacturing, Medical, Aerospace and Defense sectors, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to enhance our capabilities and ensure access to the latest tools and resources Support security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices Participate in the planning and budgeting process and assist in managing the approved investments, allocating resources effectively to support the execution of key initiatives and projects Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and act immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior Required Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience working with functional and technical aspects of SAP across multiple modules Demonstrated experience leading global functional and technical teams Demonstrated track record of leading ERP related efforts in digital transformation Demonstrated ability to apply Product and Project principals to manage intake, solution definition, development/configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into priorities/goals, drive performance and engagement through coaching and feedback, measures outcomes and hold others accountable for results Ability to understand business requirements, what drives value, and translate that to technology strategy and prioritize efforts Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices Ability to travel up to 50% when required Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems or other related technical degree Experience in the Med-tech space, manufacturing Experience with Siemens OpCenter for Medical, Siemens Teamcenter PLM, and/or Salesforce This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information.
