Our Client Care Team does an incredible job of matching clients to the areas our providers want to work in.If you are a provider who is passionate about the art and science of providing mental health services and would like to do this within a stellar group of providers and staff, we encourage you to apply! *We are looking for providers interested in working 2-5 days a week, inclusive of a Saturday or Sunday and/or evening hours (4-8/9 pm). We are seeking an exceptional provider with a WA State license (Associate License acceptable), especially with a specialization in trauma-focused therapy:If you are passionate about helping clients who have experienced past or present trauma, and you have (or have a desire to develop) a deep grounding in your trauma-informed theoretical approaches to working with adults and/or adolescents/kids, we would love to meet you!As the awareness of how trauma impacts all dynamics of growth, development, and the patterns adults/teens/kids engage in in their relationships and lives, we have more clients than ever looking for therapists with this niche specialty area. We would LOVE to talk to you if this is the area you love to work within!Experience and comfort working with EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, or Somatic approaches are desired but not required. I am proud to be a part of this amazing team" - Thrive Provider Job Responsibilities Include: Perform direct clinical counseling services to clients of Thrive Counseling Center as scheduled, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and in accordance with Practice policies. Provide evidence-based, theory-driven therapy and demonstrate a strong sense of case conceptualization. Communicate with the patient's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of one's work with clients, colleagues, and others. Respond to clients' correspondence in a timely manner. Complete records and reports on time for each client in alignment with Practice policies and procedures. Conduct counseling services in a professionla manner to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of the Practice. Provide a high level of client service. Maintain a commitment to professional growth and a sense of curiosity and compassion, demonstrated in communications and interactions. Maintain required professional licensure and abide by all applicable rules, regulations, and codes of ethics. Position Requirements: Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work Maintain active, unrestricted license in the State of Washington (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, OR LCPC) 3+ years of directly related work experience Residing in Washington State or having concrete plans to relocate to WA state Availability to provide counseling services during the days/times that our clients can most typically attend sessions (mid/late afternoon-evenings and/or weekend days) Availability during the days/times that our clients can most typically attend sessions (mid/late afternoon-evenings and/or weekend days) ​​​ N o history of enforcement on your current or previous professional licenses and no potential conflict of interest in working at Thrive. Specific areas of experience and/or interest in gaining experience we are looking for: LGBTQ+ affirming providers interested in working with teens, and/or couples, and/or adults Trauma-informed providers to work with all ages Child, Teen, and Family Providers with a love of supporting our younger clients and their families Experience or interest in working with Neurodivergent clients experiencing Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADD/HD, Executive Functioning Struggles and/or other challenges that come with being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world ​​​​​ Marriage and Couples Therapy Specialization "{Thrive} exquisitely balances high-quality client service with the desires and needs of its therapists. I appreciate the attention and support that the leadership team provides in encouraging clinicians to work with autonomy and independence while providing ongoing opportunities for learning, development, and personal growth." -Thrive Provider Benefits that we offer include: Our overall benefits package carries an additional $18,000 average value for FT providers. Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Care Benefits with 75% of premiums covered by Thrive. Part-time/Full-time (16+ clinical hours per week) providers are eligible for coverage after 30 days of employment. Paid Time Off (paid at clinical rates, 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked) 401K with a 4% match Student Loan Repayment Contributions (NEW FOR 2024!)
