Entry Level Accountant/Fiscal Analyst/Purchasing Agent Individuals must have a minimum of one-two years’ experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, or finance operation. The individual must understand a chart of accounts structure, have experience in the use of accounting software applications, and be proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word. The individual must be able to be trained to complete entry level tasks of an accounting/finance/purchasing function with minimal supervision. Must be timely and accurate and able to complete account reconciliations timely. Must be able to create, edit and update complex spreadsheets for assigned projects. Must have ability to read and interpret financial statements, regulations, procedures, and reports. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related subjects is required.
