The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or be in their final year before graduation, value accuracy and attention to detail, have experience in Microsoft Excel, and be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in English and Spanish. This position has advancement opportunities in all areas, including, but not limited to, accounting, marketing, administration, sales, information systems, and claims adjudication. We are 100% onsite, which provides career development on an ongoing, daily basis. The top responsibilities are: Data entry and record keeping of contracts in multiple aftermarket automotive programs Utilizing third-party websites for pulling necessary data and running proper reports Provide timely customer service response Interdepartmental coordination of customer files and communications Answering multi-line calls Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred, but not required) Bilingual – Spanish/English (Preferred, but not required) Proficient computer skills, including Office 365 Data Entry, accuracy is a must Clearly communicates information to callers and accurately obtains all required information Professionalism required Reliability and dependability are a must in this position Report to office Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (Grapevine) Benefits offered: Professional Development Health/Dental/Vision insurance Company provided Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability Nine Paid Holidays Weekends off Paid Time off Employee Engagement & Birthday Celebrations Hourly rate: $14.50 with opportunity for advancement Powered by JazzHR
