Flourish Together LLC is a Phoenix-based collective of licensed therapists dedicated to helping and guiding teens & adults by creating authentic spaces and relationships that promote healing and wellness. We are a small private practice founded in 2022, but growing rapidly - we have a waiting list! We provide individual, couples, and family therapy services primarily in Arizona, but offer virtual services to other states in which our therapists are also licensed. Our practice is founded on the mission of providing authentic and evidenced-based services. We prioritize meeting clients where they are, allowing them to be the experts of themselves, and providing resources and insight to help them meet their goals. The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of the therapeutic process. We take an interest in our client's goals and use various modalities to help them be successful. People have said that working within this role has allowed them to have time flexibility and freedom! You do your session and notes - and we do the rest. We prioritize our therapists and provide the following: • Credentialing with various payers. Providers are approved and in-network with most insurance companies within a few weeks. You are able to choose which insurance companies you work with as well.• Hybrid Work. Half day or full day in office. We have requests for in-person and virtual therapy. You choose how often you come to the office.• Prompt billing and collection by expert financial teams . Our billing team files claims quickly and tracks their progress to ensure that you’re paid what you’re owed. You are paid regardless if we receive payment or not. You will also be paid for no-shows and late canceled appointments.• Flexibility . You decide your schedule, which clients you see, and whether you see clients via telehealth or in one of our local offices. We have a need for in person though so please keep that in mind!• Pay Transparency. Our therapists receive 60% of the reimbursement rate for each session they facilitate. The insurance rates will be shared with you to give you autonomy to choose which insurance plans you accept. The 40% is used to pay for the building space, electronic health records, billing personnel, etc. We also provide a quarterly stipend to our therapists to encourage continuing education and self-care.• Paid Weekly. Our providers are paid weekly and are even paid when clients do not show up for their appointments.• Hands-on personalized support . Consultation and administration support are available 24/7.• Referrals & Marketing. We provide referrals and market your services so that we can keep your caseload full. We have opportunities for you to participate in marketing efforts to build your brand and connect with your target clients as well.• Curated brick-and-mortar office spaces. Access to beautiful, modern office spaces for client sessions at no additional charge. Responsibilities:• Facilitate consultation calls, collect insurance information, and schedule the client for their appointments• Complete progress notes after each session including treatment plans• Provide in-person and virtual individual services to your clients; flexibility in making your own schedule. We offer office space as many days as you need but encourage only 1-3 days in person for a balance• Coordinate with outpatient psychiatry as needed for your patients• Complete a treatment plan within 24 hours to outline the client's goals, objectives, and the therapist's interventions Qualifications:• This position requires a master's degree and a license to practice therapy in the state of Arizona as outlined by the AZBBHE and the license must be in good standing to practice• Additional training in EMDR, Somatic, or Brainspotting is a bonus!• 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting Compensation: $75,000 - $93,000 yearly About Company: Flourish Together Therapy is a Phoenix based collective of licensed therapists dedicated to helping and guiding teens & adults by creating authentic spaces and relationships that promote healing and wellness.
