Meet with other departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives; Ensure compliance of requirements and processes, in accordance with California Health and Safety Code, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and designated licensing codes related to Home Care Services; Prepare budgets in coordination with the accounting group, ensure expenses are within budget, and generate expense reports; Prepare Staffing schedules and work assignments; Populate and maintain records of patients and caregivers on the WellSky program; Recommend, plan, and coordinate programs for health care facility clients; Develop operational standards and procedures for the work unit or department; Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Nursing, Health Administration or related.
