I own an unlawful detainer assistant business where I primarily help mom and pop landlords with very simple evictions.We are licensed to offer eviction assistance directly to the public.On occasion, I need an attorney to make a special appearance on behalf of plaintiff-landlords at simple court trials. Overwhelmingly the defendants are not represented, and by definition, the issue is limited to one cause of action.I have decades of paralegal experience, a growing business with many repeat customers, and I'm looking to establish a relationship with a young attorney who would appreciate the opportunity for exposure to the court system in the context of cases that are overwhelmingly winnable and simple.My clients are my priority, so you will be totally prepared to win the case.
