The ideal candidate will have a federal clerkship background, exceptional academic achievements, superior writing and analytical skills, and experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing. The successful candidate will have meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale. Duties:Engage in complex commercial litigation cases.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, and trial.Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case strategy and management.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal precedents.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and legal staff. Requirements:Federal clerkship background preferred.2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.Distinguished academic achievements.Superior writing and analytical capabilities.Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing highly desirable.Valid law license required. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Valid law license. Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Electronic Discovery tools and federal court procedures.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional integrity.
