SPA MANAGER (FULL OR PART-TIME) – DETROIT, MICHIGAN – IN-PERSON Job Summary Our client, a leading wellness organization based in southeast Michigan, is in search of a vibrant Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their spa. They are committed to delivering top-tier wellness experiences, prioritizing the happiness and welfare of both our clients and team members. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth functioning. Efficiently schedule both guests and team members to optimize productivity. Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for staff. Optimize inventory levels for professional and retail use. Utilize POS software systems (e.g., Zenoti, Millennium, Meevo) to analyze performance. Spearhead neighborhood marketing and community outreach efforts. Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Ensure each guest receives a consistent and outstanding experience. Understand the importance of service and personal satisfaction in hospitality. Requirements Extensive experience in administrative roles requiring analysis, initiative, and discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing personality with solid team-building abilities. Proficiency in guest relations and management. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently. Strong relationship management skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. An associate's degree is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted. Previous experience in spa, hotel hospitality, or salon management preferred.
