The Important Stuff: Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Bonus Opportunities Benefits: Enjoy paid holidays and paid time off! Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed. Must live within 30 minutes of the office and have a personal vehicle for occasional work-related tasks. Responsibilities:• Master the art of managing calendars and scheduling appointments like a pro.• Coordinate listings with precision, ensuring accurate data entry and seamless transactions.• Delight clients and leads with exceptional service, fostering referrals and building lasting relationships.• Plan and execute client events at a high level.• Serve as righthand to stakeholders.• Keep our client database in tip-top shape, following up on leads and staying ahead of the game.• Bring your creativity to the table by developing dazzling marketing materials and organizing unforgettable client events.• Dive deep into market research, compiling insightful reports that drive our success.• Keep a tight ship when it comes to transaction records and client correspondence, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.• Support our agent in meeting deadlines and crushing goals, because teamwork makes the dream work!• Implement and maintain systems that boost productivity and efficiency across the board.• Assist with budgeting and record-keeping, because every penny counts in our journey to success. Qualifications:• Bring at least 2 years of experience supporting a real estate agent, team, or similar executive.• Familiarity with real estate transactions and contracts is a plus.• Embrace technology with proficiency in or willingness to learn tools like Canva, MLS, Google Suite, CRMs, and database management.• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this role.• Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required.• Note: This role is not for those seeking to transition into real estate sales.
