The SLP evaluates, plans and administers speech therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative speech therapy as prescribed by a physician.Evaluates patient’s speech, language, cognitive/communicative statusPlans and implements effective and appropriate treatment in order to achieve that functional outcomesCompletes documentation meeting MedSide’s standards for content, accuracy, and timelinessPRN (as needed)Will cover entire Cobb CountyJob Qualifications:Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology requiredCurrent SLP licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of GeorgiaOne year of previous SLP experience in a home health setting
