Summary Kiddie College Child Care Center is now hiring. Come work at our child-focuses, high-quality center where the staff are valued and supported.The Teacher is responsible for developing a cohesive teachingteam, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operationalactivities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive,social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe andstimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged andencouraged to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with bothchildren and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectivelyguide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. Duties implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Build and maintain relationships with children and families. Communicate with families, teacher, and support staff. Light cleaning duties. Meet the needs of children in a caring manner. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent We are willing to train great candidates in SIDS, Abusive head trauma, CPR, and other entry level child care classes.
