Friday's Child is a state licensed daycare center committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. We believe in fostering the growth and development of each child through engaging activities and personalized care. Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated daycare teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to early childhood education. Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. Ensure the health and safety of all children in the daycare center. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred. Previous experience working with young children. Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
