Maintains a philosophy of continuous improvement and full utilization of Children's Wisconsin resources. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or other related field.Requires 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, preferably for a large complex organization. Healthcare experience preferred. Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. Demonstrated knowledge surrounding applicant tracking and HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft or others. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff and leaders at all levels of the organization and candidates. Requires attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and to take appropriate action. Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet expectations and provide timely services. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and support various client groups.This is a casual role with our Talent Acquisition team.
