The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on complex securitization transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with structuring, negotiating, and documenting securitization transactions, conducting due diligence, researching legal issues, preparing offering materials, and collaborating with clients and other attorneys. Duties:Assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting securitization transactionsConduct due diligence and review legal documents related to securitization transactionsResearch and analyze legal issues pertaining to securitization transactionsPrepare and review offering materials and disclosure documentsCollaborate with clients and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal adviceAssist with training and mentoring junior associates within the groupStay updated with regulatory developments and industry trends in securitization Requirements:3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firmJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to, and membership in good standing of, the New York Bar Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar Skills:Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyProficiency in legal research and analysis This law firm has an office in New York that provides legal services and advice on intellectual property matters, with a special focus on patent and other proprietary rights arising within the field of the Life Sciences.
