Compensation Range: 80-90k base + 10% (Depending on Experience) This role can be remote anywhere in the US What will you do? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaigns and O perations Associate to join our dynamic team. Here , you'll spearhead the development of campaign deliverables, collaborate and strategize with our Brand and Digital teams, and oversee the daily operations of our campaigns. You'll closely partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate metric tracking, establish streamlined processes, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. Responsibilities Create campaign deliverables and assets by collaborating with internal team members and vendors, effectively utilizing our resources, tools, and strategic processes. Assist in managing vendor relationships and strategic partners to ensure timelines, work quality, and project goals are met. Simultaneously, they will be responsible for reporting back to our team with updates and strategic solutions. Collaborate with the Associate Content Marketer & Copywriter t o develop messaging, designs, and new campaign concepts, creating compelling campaigns that engage buyers at every stage of the sales funnel. Support our Digital team with our ABM strategy by assisting in creating ad assets, TTA landing pages, and strategic messaging aligned with our SEO strategy. Contribute to planning our in-person events, including venue sourcing, email development, landing pages and vendor relationship management. Oversee our webinar platform, including content production, webinar hosting, vendor management (if using third parties), poll setup, and slide deck formatting with assistance from presenters. Demonstrate a n understanding of creating evergreen campaigns and content. Implement email marketing best practices, possess relevant knowledge of social media trends, and have intermediate design skills/creativity. Conduct A/B testing to optimize events and campaigns traffic, engagement, and conversion tactics. Collaborate closely with the sales enablement team to enhance our processes, detailed documentation, and training for the smarketing (sales and marketing) team. Establish a close relationship with the sales team to ensure all leads and contacts are appropriately reported and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene. Bring forward-thinking, out-of-the-box ideas to the team to enhance our campaign landing, branding, and expansion efforts. Optimize and create internal and cross department marketing operations processes. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. 2-3 years of experience in marketing , or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry. Preferred experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Canva. (Nice-to-have but not required experience using 6sense, Mutiny, Confluence, and Seismic). Assist in creating and implementing new campaign processes, documenting these processes, and enhancing internal adoption. Maintain a mindset geared towards solutions and view challenges as chances for personal growth . For any p roblems that arise , it will be up to you to present your thoughts, find creative solutions, and execute. Ability to effectively operate and produce results in a scale-up environment. Must have rock-solid project management skills, execute within deadlines, and possess a keen eye for attention to detail. Total Rewards!
