Description:
Responsibilities: • ACH payment preparation (for vendors and employee reimbursements)• Provide details of employee reimbursement payments to employees• Outgoing cash flow forecast update.• Monthly closing• New fixed assets registration and calculation of depreciation for all fixed asset• New prepayment items registration and calculation of monthly allocation and entries• Compilation of Job Cost Valuation Schedule (calculation of labor hours of each Job from database)• Bank Reconciliation• Year-end closing• Compilation of Inventory List• Response to external auditors’ questions and requests regarding cash and deposits, payable matters, etc.• Other supports as needed requested by the Director of Finance• Registration of parts, services, and warranties sales orders• Invoicing for parts, services, and warranties sales orders• Cash receipts transactions of collections for parts, services, and warranties sales invoices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience• 2-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks, or Sage is a plus.• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organizationPowered by JazzHR
