Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Canvassing Sales Manager and lead a high-performing team to success! This role offers the opportunity to actively sell and manage a team focused on cross-selling water purification, windows and doors, and solar solutions. We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in lead generation and outside sales to drive our business forward. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of canvassers to generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, home and garden shows, and other lead generation methods. Actively sell water purification, windows and doors, and solar solutions while leading by example. Train team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Explain contracts and terms to customers, providing clarity and addressing any concerns. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize results. Qualifications: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Proven experience in lead generation and outside sales is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
