Our Service Technician III/Golf Technician is responsible for the following: Assembles and services all types of equipment, established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership. Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership. Coordinates with the Service Manager or Service Writer to establish and implement effective processes for all Turf services offered through dealership-specific service programs. Performs basic and complex diagnostics independently and solves basic and complex technical issues. Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required to develop skills and knowledge. Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments . Uses own tools. Participation in on-call program. Other duties as assigned. Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge: 3 – 6 years of experience (or equivalent) performing service repairs. Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes. Ability to assemble machinery components and to follow manufacturer’s pre-delivery instructions . Ability to maintain labor performance and billable hours according to Service Leaders.
