You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Team and individual lead generation• Lead follow up• Buyer sales• Team player• Sales talk mastery• Execute appointments Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
