You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Buyer lead follow-up• Lead generation• Database campaigns• Sales scripts mastery• Buyer sales• Execute appointments• Close sales Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
