The ideal candidate will have familiarity with prominent privacy and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, or similar frameworks. Duties:Provide legal advice and support on privacy and cybersecurity matters.Assist in conducting risk assessments and compliance audits.Draft and review privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents.Participate in corporate and technology transactions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.Assist in regulatory or governmental investigations related to data privacy.Support cyber incident response efforts.Assist in privacy litigation matters. Skills:Legal research and analysis.Risk assessment and compliance counseling.Drafting legal documents.Communication and negotiation.Cyber incident response coordination.Litigation support.
