The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of privacy and security frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, or similar, and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction or have the ability to waive in. Duties:Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity issuesProvide risk advisory and compliance counselingAssist in corporate and technology transactionsHandle regulatory or governmental investigationsParticipate in cyber incident responseSupport privacy litigation efforts Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar or ability to waive in the jurisdictionStrong understanding of privacy and security frameworksFamiliarity with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, or similar regulations1-2 years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity mattersExcellent research and analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication abilities Certifications:Any relevant certifications in data privacy or cybersecurity (e.g., CIPP, CISSP) are a plus.
