We are currently looking to expand our operations and are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Staffing Sales Executive.This role is pivotal in building our commercial customer base.Responsibilities:• Create relationships with new clients and sell LingaTech technology and staffing services.• Sell direct staffing services under multiple delivery methods: Contract, C2H, Direct Hire, etc.• Seek out and establish LingaTech as a participating vendor in various MSP opportunities for staffing engagements.• Sell LingaTech products and services.• Leverage existing relationships and networks in Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas/states to identify and pursue new business opportunities.• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.• Provide insights to enhance LingaTech's product/services based on market demands.• Assist and sometimes lead in the development of a response to various sales opportunities (RFx response development)• Be a driving force in LingaTech's growth by consistently achieving and exceeding targets.• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies and market presence.• Stay informed about technology and staffing industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.• Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to the delivery of products or services.• Pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth.• Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in commercial enterprises.• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications:• Proven track record in sales and/or account management in a technology staffing and solutions environment, with a focus on commercial clients and their information technology needs.• Established base of relationships with commercial clients in Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas/states.• Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for making a significant impact.• Outgoing, friendly, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.Benefits:• Competitive base salary with a lucrative commission structure.• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.• Remote work model for flexibility.• Exciting opportunities for professional development and career growth.How to Apply:If you are a dynamic and motivated professional ready to take on a challenging role with high earning potential, please submit your resume and a cover letter.LingaTech, Inc. is a premier employer of highly qualified technology consultants.
