We are looking for a material handler who should be Hazmat certified with a valid CDL-A license who is ready to work. We welcome fresh and new talents who recently obtained the license and willing to work 5 days a month in driving. The remainder of the month will be in the plant working as a material handler. Job responsibilities: Operating a stand-up forklift when needed. Majority of the work will be material handling. Operate a large or heavy truck that transports cargo to and from specified locations on time and according to schedule. Operate vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all DOT and company safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections prior to departure to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. Manage appropriate cargo documentation and provides necessary paperwork upon the delivery of goods. Coordinate the loading and unloading of the truck, verifying cargo and ensuring items are properly stored and secured. Maintain contact with dispatcher to provide status updates, clarify special instructions, and notify about delays or issues during transport. Reporting directly to supervisor and work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Operate a stand-up forklift Hazmat certified required. Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class A. Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Require 0-1 year of general work experience. Knowledge of Data Entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with significant volume of outbound activity Strong work ethic Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Verbally communicate with others Operate heavy Machine a plus PERKS: Bi-Weekly complimentary lunch.
