Ecosouth Florida LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a dedicated General Labor Truck Washer/Painter to join our team. As a key member of our company, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our fleet, ensuring our vehicles are always ready to hit the road. With a competitive hourly salary of $19 - $20, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values teamwork and dedication. The workspace is covered. Great equipment and all PPE is provided. Responsibilities:• Wash trucks and equipment using appropriate cleaning materials and techniques• Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out to maintain company standards• Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report findings to the supervisor• Organize and maintain the washing area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries• Painting roll-off containers which includes prep work• Use of a grinder and an airless paint sprayer• All other duties assigned Qualifications:• Previous experience in a similar role preferred• Possession of a valid driver's license• Authorization to work in the US• Willingness to perform general labor tasks• Experience in buffing, car wash, custodial work, window tinting, or detailing is not required but may be beneficial in this role Physical Requirements: • Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions, and other business interactions• Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals• Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification• Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools• Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg• Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg• Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel• Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time delivering information• Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly About Company: At EcoSouth Florida LLC, our mission is to provide local communities with outstanding customer service and an “easy to do business with” culture.
