Currently, 70% of our team transactions come from listing property. We double end 15% of our current transactions. 30% of our buyers have been from sign calls in 2024. These are the expert practices that are going to make the most successful agents moving forward. If you are sales-driven, have a strong work ethic, and desire to succeed at a high level then we would love to meet with you! Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process• Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth• Show good organizational and time management skills• Technology driven Compensation: $115,000+ at commission plan About Company: Great supportive team culture & development with Jason Penrose and your team manager.
