A valued client of The Applied Companies is currently looking for a driven and team-oriented Practice Manager to oversee all administrative operations in their dental office. You will take charge of all administrative responsibilities for front-office employees, including Reception and Dental Assisting Specialists. Daily Task: Focus on executing operational tasks in the practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth. Work closely with the team to achieve practice goals by driving positive practice results and culture. Be accountable for office goal achievement, team satisfaction, and patient experience (practice reputation). Maintain regular communication with the dental office team, doctors and Director to review practice trends and performance with a focus on production, team costs, and collections. Responding to clinical and operational in a timely and professional manner. Ability to adhere to set budget. To be successful in this position you will need: Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, practice team members and business support team members Experience with conflict resolution and crisis management. Dedication to customer/patient satisfaction Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Exceptional organizational skills and be detail oriented Budget and supply oversight, personnel management, and team building experience Proficiency with technology including computers, email, Excel and shared drives Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or applicable discipline Proven track record of management success Billing experience is a plus! #INDHP
