We need an Accounting Coordinator to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries and Real Estate Tax ReconciliationsMonth end closing, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations2200 and 2205 account billings and journal entriesAssist with annual budget process and year-end auditProcess invoices and monthly billsPerform special projects and other duties as needed Job RequirementsJob Qualifications: Must have an Associate?s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related fieldMust have at least 2 years experience in bookkeeping, management, or related fieldMust have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingMust be computer literate, have bookkeeping software knowledge, and accurate typing skillsMust have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal time management, problem-solving, and math skillsMust be highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-taskMust be able to execute and follow-through on requests and projects in a timely and efficient mannerOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
